Scope of Services and Pricing
Standard Services:
Preliminary Meeting: 1 Hour Meeting to discuss the scope of the project; review
the basic design; list specs;
derive cost estimate.
Design & Drafting: floor plans and rough elevations.
Review Prelims: 1 Hour Meeting to review preliminary drawings; note changes;
refine cost estimate (one-half due).
Design & Drafting: Make changes and refine elevations.
Additional Review: (If necessary) Meeting to review and note client changes.
Design & Drafting: Finalize and detail floor plans and elevations. Draw foundation plan, roof plan,
cross sections and details. Print and copy plan sets. Prepare CD with pdf files.
Project completion: Plans delivered; balance due.
Standard Plan Set: Includes 5 or 6 sheets; D-size (24x36) typical.
1 - Four Elevations
2 - Foundation & Roof Plans
3 - 1st Floor Plan
4 - 2nd Floor Plan (may not apply)
5 - Cross Sections
6 - Details
(CD includes pdf files of all sheets.)
Additional Services:
Hourly Site visit to measure/photograph existing.
Hourly Extra detail work in elevations; extra details in existing structures
when drawing additions.
Hourly Take offs or VA drawing requirements (electrical & plumbing tree).
