FroMus' staff has a broad background and offers custom house plans in any style including traditional: Ranch, Cape, Colonial, as well as the less traditional: Cottage, Bungalow, and Custom "from scratch". Duplexes, Additions, Custom Garages and Outbuildings are also offered.

Residential designs from FroMus are drawn on DataCAD, a state- of-the-art CADD software. Our staff uses various supporting software and reference material behind the scenes to aid in the design process.

Our staff has years of experience in designing, drafting, estimating and building residential projects throughout Maine. We provide a high quality product at a reasonable cost and our turn around time is quick.

Most prelim review can be accomplished over the internet. We schedule an initial, face-to-face meeting to review the project and list the specs. We then draw preliminary floor plans and send them via email (or snail mail) if you prefer for review. Once the floor plans are settled, we send elevations similarly for your review. We then schedule another personal meeting to review the design package. The remaining pages (foundation, cross sections, details) are then drawn and the package completed and delivered.
